All About Sun's B.Sc FSN

B.Sc Food Science and Nutrition at “SUN” is a three-year degree course which introduces students to a comprehensive knowledge of nutrition science. The course includes a strong focus on understanding the chemical nature of food, its processing and distribution in markets. It also has a strong focus on food quality and safety, including preservation of food ingredients. This specialization is not only relevant to people in the food industry, but also to those who are interested in modifying or improving people’s diet. There are a wide range of opportunities at “SUN” from which the students could select a niche and pursue a career in it.
